About the accommodation

Armillary Cottage is a period kauri house with separate detached cottage - offering bed and breakfast accommodation.

The house and cottage are set in a one acre garden which sweeps down toward Old Oak Bay in Mangonui Harbour.

There is a twin room in the main house with two king single beds, its own en-suite and private entrance.

The cottage has a queen bed with en-suite. A third, convertible bed can be added to the cottage.

The breakfast room in the main house has a terrace and panoramic views of the harbour.

Continental breakfast is normally included but we are happy to provide a cooked breakfast on request.The cottage has television, CD stereo, a full-size refrigerator and tea/coffee facilities.

You are welcome to make full use of our garden and barbeque.

We can provide transport to and from Kaitaia or Kerikeri airports and to or from local beaches and restaurants.

Secure parking is available for cars boats and trailers (under-cover for cars).

We regret that we are unable to accept pets and very young children.

Rates

Cottage: NZ$150.00 per night
Twin room in house: NZ$100.00 per night

Low season and long stays: discount rates may be available - please enquire

Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposits:
After we have advised you that accommodation is available, to confirm a reservation, a deposit of the cost of one night's stay (or full payment) is required. The deposit may be paid by cheque or bank transfer. We regret that we are unable to accept credit card payment.

Cancellation:
As a small property, cancellations do heavily impact on us. The deposit is fully refundable up to seven days before the occupancy. For cancellation notices of less than seven days, there is no refund unless we are able to re-let your accommodation. Any refund will be in New Zealand dollars.
